16. Her latest album (Higher Than Heaven) was released on the 7th of April 2023 and three singles have already been released from it: “Easy Lover”, “Let It Die” and “Like A Saviour”.
17. The easiest way to describe the premise behind Ellie Goulding’s “Easy Lover” is as it being centered on a female who has fallen in love with a guy whom she already knew beforehand is a playa. This would be the “easy lover” referred to in the title. Actually, the word transient would have probably been a more-ample adjective to describe him.
18. Calvin Harris and Ellie Goulding reunited in July 2024 to record the track “Free”. It’s a track perfectly crafted for the dance floor, and it arrives just as the dog days of summer heat up and revelers around the world are working up a sweat to some music.
